Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to run the service, sell no personal data, and run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Last updated July 1970. You can search and view safety scores without an account.
What we collect
- Account: if you create one, your email, name, password hash (better-auth), your watchlist, and your alert setting.
- Payments: what you bought (a Full Report or a Pro subscription), the email from your Stripe checkout, and payment status. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe processes payment.
- Cookies: one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Operational: standard server logs and rate-limit counters to keep the service available and block abuse. No third-party analytics.
How we use it
To deliver verdict pages, send the emails you asked for (sign-in links, receipts, and watchlist alerts you can switch off in your account), and prevent abuse. We never sell personal data and never share it except with Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (infrastructure). We do not personalize scores or put personal data in URLs.
Children's privacy
HazardLedger is meant for adults evaluating employers. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email alhallaktechnologies@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
Your rights
To delete your account and data, or for data export or correction, email alhallaktechnologies@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days. We keep past report purchases on file, detached from your account, for financial recordkeeping. To correct a published safety record, use the correction link on any verdict page.
